Scope

These terms cover documentary-style video production episodes commissioned through devmarketingflow — research, script, scene composition, narration, and editing of finished episodes for YouTube channels.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 5 business days from the day your topic and any reference material are confirmed. A 3-day rush is available for a flat +$150. The free sample scene is delivered within 48 hours of your request.

Revisions

Every episode includes one full revision round. Additional revision rounds beyond the first are billed at $75 per round. On your first episode specifically, revisions continue until you approve it, or it’s refunded in full — see Risk Reversal below.

Ownership

Full commercial rights and intellectual property in the finished episode transfer to you on payment. Raw project files are available on request.

Risk reversal (first episode only)

If your first episode isn’t something you’d be proud to publish, it will be revised until it is, or refunded in full. This guarantee applies to the first episode of a new client relationship, not to every episode on an ongoing package.

Packages and cancellation

The four-episode monthly package can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date, with no penalty and no contract. There is no long-term commitment on either plan.

What isn’t included

This service does not produce vertical/Shorts content, content requiring original interview footage or licensed archival material, or talking-head formats. If your topic needs one of these, we’ll tell you before starting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be handled under Italian jurisdiction.
