devmarketingflow is operated by Salifu, based in Italy. This policy explains what’s collected on this site and why, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What’s collected

When you submit the sample-request or contact form, we collect the fields you fill in: channel URL, topic, email address, and any notes or message you add, plus your IP address (used only for spam prevention and rate limiting) and UTM parameters from the link you arrived on (used to tell which outreach effort a lead came from).

We also collect anonymous, cookie-less analytics via Plausible — page views and the events listed in our Cookie Policy. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across other sites.

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

Form data is collected to respond to your request and, if you proceed, to deliver a paid service — this is processing necessary for a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or to take steps at your request before entering one. Analytics is collected under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) to understand which pages and outreach work, without identifying individual visitors.

How long we keep it

Lead records (form submissions) are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case standard accounting retention rules apply to invoicing records. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors, each acting only in the role described:

• Stripe — payment processing, if you purchase an episode or package.
• Our email provider — sending the confirmation and any correspondence.
• Plausible Analytics — cookie-less, privacy-first website analytics, EU-hosted.
• n8n (self-hosted automation) — routes new leads into our internal production tracker. It does not share data onward.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not run third-party ad-tracking scripts on this site.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export (portability), or request deletion (erasure) of your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@devmarketingflow.com — we respond within 30 days.
